Engineered on Mazda's latest platform, shared with the larger CX-90, the 2025 Mazda CX-70 has been conceived from the ground up with electrification at its core. All CX-70 powertrains boast advanced electrification technology, presenting consumers with the choice of the e-SkyActiv-G 3.3L Inline Six Turbo engine with M-Hybrid Boost or the e-SkyActiv-G plug-in hybrid (PHEV), combining performance and efficiency in a single compelling package. We don’t have the full technical details about the powertrains of the CX-70 just yet, but in the CX-90, the six-cylinder model delivers either 280 or 340 horsepower while the hybrid version offers 323 horsepower and an electric range of up to 42 kilometres.
