Exceptional customer service! After visiting a few Mazda dealerships, we decided to go with Scarboro Mazda, and we’re so glad we did. Our vehicle arrived a few weeks earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. The whole process was efficient and well-coordinated. There was some back-and-forth communication before pickup, but Ian (our salesperson) and Jackson (the finance manager) were both incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in addressing all our questions and concerns. On pickup day, we were even greeted with a thoughtful gift basket — such a nice touch! Completely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Scarboro Mazda to anyone looking for great service and a smooth car-buying experience.

Just purchased our new Mazda3 Sport. Dealt with Sajees and he was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped out with all our questions, was not pushy in the least. Worked with Rob on the Finance team and again, very friendly and knowledgeable...never felt like we were pressured at all and very happy with the overall experience.

Great Experience

Had a great experience with Andrew at Scarboro Mazda during the purchase of my 2017 Mazda 3 GS. He was very personable and took the time to explain all the wonderful options on my new vehicle. The staff during the entire process was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew or the dealership in the future. Excellent Customer Service

This is where I bought my first car, from selecting cars up to actually purchasing it. My experience was extremely nice. From my initial inquiry via email, my questions were answered fast, as I recall it was Rob who answered my emails and to my surprise when I decided to drop by he was the one that that is available to assist me on my car selection and offered to test drive the CX5, which I liked very much. Michael Cheung also did a great job in making sure my car loan was approved even though I have little credit history and according to my budget. Recently I had my first maintenance service, booking it was easy, it was done fast and everything was explained to me, and the good thing is their customer relations is good. I received a call a day later checking if the car is running well and if there are any issues that I may want to raise, but for now, everything is ok and I recommend Scarboro Mazda for their excellent customer service.
